The Inserter Family

Each of the following machines belongs to this family. Each is equipped with a meter that can apply either an indicia permit or postage.

Master Mailer

This machine has 6 stations and all can feed from a single sheet (maximum size 8.5 x 11) of paper to a stitched book (5/8”) or a perfect bound book (maximum size approx ¼”). Able to insert up to 9” x 12” envelopes.

Inserters

We have 2 Inserters. 1 has 6 stations and the other has 5 stations. We use these machines primarily to insert into either #10 envelopes or 6 x 9 envelopes. We have 2 friction feeders that can replace feeder stations and allow us to feed “Z” folded product.

Sitma Polywrapper

Our newest addition. This machine, which uses a variety of wrap, has 6 rotary feed pockets, a friction feed and 1 shuttle feeder. These feed pockets will feed from a single sheet of paper to either a perfect bound book of ¼” maximum thickness or a stitched book of 5/8” maximum thickness. The maximum length bag is 17” and the minimum length is 5”

This machine can apply a label onto the polywrap and soon will be able to inkjet onto the polywrap as well. This machine can also use colored polywrap and also can use shrink film.

Hand fed polybaggers

We have 3 manual polybaggers. Custom bags can be ordered to fit a customer’s needs or requirements. (This may require a few weeks to get in stock.)

The Folder Family

Baum Folders

This is the folder that is used most often. This machine can fold into letter fold and half fold which are the 2 most common folds. The maximum size paper for this machine is 11” x 17”.

Pony folder

This folder is used when a more complex fold is required. The maximum size paper for this machine is 11” x 17”

Addressing Equipment

Buskro Inkjetter

We presently have 2 of these in our shop. The maximum sized piece for this machine is 11” wide and 17” length. One of these machines has 3 print heads, which will allow us to print up to 3” of print. The other machine has 2 heads, which allows us 2 ” of print. We have many different types of fonts already loaded into our computer but and true type font can be installed for use. DPI varies from 150 to 600 depending on the finish of the mail piece

Cheshire

This machine can apply (glue) paper labels to mail pieces. The maximum size product is 11” x 17” and the maximum size label to be applied is 2”.

Labelling Equipment

Pressure sensitive labeler

This machine is used to apply pressure sensitive labels. These labels must be on a roll with a space between each label and cannot be more than 2” in diameter. The maximum size of the product to be labeled is 10” x 14”.

Buskro tabber

This tabbing machine is used primarily to apply 3 1” tabs. The maximum size piece is 11” x 17”.

Skid Wrapper

We wrap each skid to ensure there is no damage during shipment.
